How long does it take to deliver my £5 coffee card?

Please allow between 7 - 14 working days for your Coffee Card to arrive.

How long does it take for my purchase to be approved?

Please allow 5 working days for your purchase to be reviewed. You will receive a notification email once it has been reviewed.

My Coffee Card has not arrived?

Please contact [email protected] providing your name and address if your coffee card has not arrived after 14 working days of logging a purchase.

How many purchases can I make to receive a Coffee Card?

You can claim up to 250 purchases of the Microsoft Surface Pro 4 between 1st January – 31st March 2016 for your free £5 Coffee Card

What if my Coffee Card is faulty?

Please email [email protected] with your order number and we will contact the supplier to resolve this for you as soon as possible. 

Will I have to sign for my Coffee Card?

No you would need to sign for your order, it will be sent via first class post.

Can I change my delivery address?

Yes you can change your delivery address providing it hasn’t yet been dispatched. Please email [email protected] with all the order details and the new delivery address required. Please contact us as soon as possible after the order is placed to avoid disappointment.

Can I find out about an old order?

We are able to help with most queries about historical orders placed on our system, please email [email protected] with the order reference and your query.

We aim to respond to all queries within 24 hours.
