Terms & Conditions​

  1. ELIGIBILITY. This promotion is open to any employee who is eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry, in a small or midsized company with 1-250 employees. Employees of Microsoft Limited or its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies are not eligible, nor are members of these employees’ families (defined as parents, children, siblings, spouse and life partners).

  1. ENTRY. During the Promotion Period set out below, to receive a coffee card to the value of £5.00 (the “Card”), you must:

  1. purchase a Microsoft Surface Pro 4 through the Microsoft SMB hub,
  2. register with Corporate Rewards online at [www.microsoftfuelme.com] (the “Site”) and provide your name and address, and
  3. log your purchase by uploading a valid proof of purchase to the Site.

Once your purchase has been verified by Corporate Rewards, Corporate Rewards will send the card to the name and address entered upon registration to the Site, within seven (7) to fourteen (14) working days. You may be asked to provide identification proving your eligibility before you are entitled to receive the card.

You will not receive a card if prior to the expiry of the Promotion Period set out below you: (a) fail to register correctly on the Site; (b) fail to provide a valid UK address upon registration to the Site; (c) violate the rights of any other person or entity; and/or (d) fail to register and submit a valid and verified proof of purchase to the Site.

Registration to the Site constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Neither Corporate Rewards nor Microsoft is responsible for lost, corrupted or delayed registration. Both Corporate Rewards and Microsoft reserve the right to disqualify anyone who violates these Terms and Conditions.

  1. TIMING. This promotion runs from 12.01:00 am GMT on 1st January 2016 until 11.59:59 pm GMT on 31st March 2016 (inclusive) (the “Promotion Period”).

  1. PERSONAL DATA.  Personal data which you provide upon registration to the Site may be used for future Corporate Rewards marketing activity if you indicate your consent upon registration to the Site.  Otherwise your personal data will be used by Corporate Rewards and agents acting on Corporate Rewards’ behalf only for the operation of this promotion.

  1. CARDS. A total of one thousand (1,000) coffee cards to the value of £5.00 each (each, a “Card”) will be available during the Promotion Period. Only one (1) Card per verified proof of purchase during the Promotion Period. Maximum of two hundred and fifty (250) verified proofs of purchase may be redeemed for coffee vouchers per Site registrant. Subject to availability, on a first-come, first-served basis. The Card is as stated and is not transferable. No cash alternatives available. Corporate Rewards reserves the right to substitute any Cards for alternatives of equal or greater value.

Once a Card is delivered to you, you assume all risk and liabilities for the card and no refunds will be made. You acknowledge that neither Corporate Rewards nor Microsoft is liable for any refusal of a retailer to deactivate or provide credit or replacement for a lost or stolen Card.

The Card may be considered a taxable benefit. You are directly responsible for accounting for and paying to HMRC, or other relevant tax authority, any tax liability arising on the Card.

  1. OTHER.  No correspondence will be entered into regarding either this promotion or these Terms and Conditions. In the unlikely event of a dispute, Corporate Rewards’ decision shall be final. Corporate Rewards reserves the right to amend, modify, cancel or withdraw this promotion at any time but only before the delivery of the Cards, without notice.

Participants in this promotion agree that neither Corporate Rewards nor Microsoft will have any liability whatsoever for any injuries, costs, damage, disappointment or losses of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly from acceptance, misuse or use of a Card, or from participation in this promotion.  Nothing in this clause shall limit either of the foregoing’s liability in respect of death or personal injury arising out of its own negligence or liability arising out of Corporate Rewards’ or Microsoft’s fraud.

Neither Corporate Rewards nor Microsoft can guarantee the performance of any third party and neither Corporate Rewards nor Microsoft shall be liable for any act or default by a third party.

“Microsoft” means Microsoft Limited, Microsoft Campus, Thames Valley Park, Reading, RG6 1WG, England. 

  1. SPIRIT OF THE COMPETITION. If you attempt to compromise the integrity or the legitimate operation of this promotion by hacking or by cheating or committing fraud in any way, we may seek damages from you to the fullest extent permitted by law.  Further, we may disqualify your entry to this promotion and may ban you from participating in any of our future promotions, so please play fairly.
